Shopify DTC Black Friday 27 Nov v1.0

Find out if this is worth $750 for your store, before either of us spends a day on it.

I fix purchase tracking and the abandoned cart flow inside your Shopify, Meta and Klaviyo accounts, then test it on a real phone. It runs 48 hours from the moment access is complete. This page checks whether the math can work for you at all. Two of the five requirements rule out the service entirely. If you miss one, the page says so and tells you what to do instead. Nothing is sent until you press a button.

The eight questions

0 / 8 answered
01

What is the store built on?

The work touches Shopify settings, theme code and checkout. Other platforms are a different build, not this one.

02

How many checkouts are abandoned each month?

Shopify admin, Analytics, Reports, Abandoned checkouts, last 30 days. This is the volume the recovery flow can reach. A rough band is enough.

03

Do you collect an email address before payment?

Cart recovery only works on people you can reach. If checkout never asks for an email, the flow has no recipients and that has to be fixed first.

04

What do you spend on Meta ads each month?

Clean purchase events change how the ad platform optimises. With no ad spend, the tracking half of the work matters much less.

05

What happens today when someone abandons a cart?

One email, three emails, or nothing. Any answer is workable, this is not a test.

06

Can you give admin access to Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and GA4 this week?

This is the gate that decides whether a build is possible or only an audit. Collaborator and Editor access, not passwords.

07

When can a change be approved and live?

A build started after 20 November does not get tested before Black Friday traffic. It becomes a January job instead.

08

What is your average order value?

Shopify admin, Analytics, Reports, Sales over time, divided by order count. This sets how much one recovered order is worth.

What the 48 hours actually look like
  1. Before

    Access, then the clock starts

Shopify collaborator, Klaviyo, Meta Events Manager, GA4, tag manager. Three questions from you: final sale SKUs, the discount ceiling, and who signs off. The clock does not run while I am waiting on access.

  2. Day 1

    Events first, then the flow

Order level reconciliation between Shopify, GA4 and Meta, one shared event ID, duplicate sends removed. Then the cart flow rebuilt: 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, no discount until the third, stops when the order lands, final sale excluded.

  3. Day 2

Prove it, then hand it over

Two test purchases, one on a real mid range phone. You get a one page audit with your own numbers, a recorded walkthrough, and instructions for switching the flow off or editing the exclusions. One revision round inside 7 days.

Not in this scope

  • Ad management, creative or spend decisions.
  • A theme rebuild or new page design.
  • SMS sender registration and opt-in compliance. If it is not already registered, SMS stays out.
  • Guaranteed recovery rates. The model is arithmetic, not a forecast.
  • List growth, popups or new lead magnets.
The guarantee, in plain terms

You can get the money back inside 7 days.

If you finish the audit and cannot point to five findings your team can act on this month, or if a fix I implemented does not verify inside your own account, reply "refund" within 7 days of delivery and I return the full amount the same day.

I do not guarantee revenue. Your ad spend, your list size and your prices are not mine to control. What I guarantee is that every finding is specific to your account and carries the evidence behind it, and that every implemented fix is tested in your own checkout before I hand it back.
